Privacy Policy

This policy covers deeprem.app, our marketing website. The DeepREM mobile app handles health data and has its own separate privacy policy, shown in the app and at the point of download.

What we collect

One thing: the email address you type into the waitlist form, if you choose to submit it. That’s the only field on this site.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies.

Alongside it we store the time you signed up, your browser’s user-agent string, and the country your request came from. We do not store your IP address — we keep a one-way hash of it, which lets us block abuse without being able to identify you or recover the address.

Who processes it

Only Cloudflare, who host this site and the database your address is written to. There is no third-party form service or email marketing platform in the loop — the signup form posts to our own endpoint on this domain, and the list stays in our account. Like any web host, Cloudflare records standard request logs for delivery and abuse prevention.

What we do with it

We email you when your cohort opens, plus the occasional note about early access. That is all. We do not sell, rent, or share your address with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is closed and no longer needed — whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email hello@deeprem.appto see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA — write to the same address and we’ll honour them.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
