These terms apply to deeprem.app and to joining the DeepREM waitlist. Using the site means you accept them. The DeepREM mobile app is governed by its own terms, shown in the app.

Not medical advice

DeepREM delivers cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) as a wellness and education product. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician.

Some CBT-I techniques — sleep restriction in particular — are not appropriate for everyone, including people with bipolar disorder, seizure disorders, untreated sleep apnea, or occupations where daytime sleepiness is dangerous. Talk to a clinician before changing how you sleep, and seek care directly if your sleep problems are severe or persistent.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is a request, not a purchase and not a guarantee of access. We may open cohorts in any order, at any pace, or not at all. Pricing, features, and availability described on this site are current intentions and may change before launch.

Results shown on this site

Figures, charts, and coach conversations on this page are illustrative — they demonstrate how the program works, not a promise of what you will experience. Outcomes differ from person to person.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit other people’s email addresses, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The DeepREM name, logo, copy, design, and code on this site belong to us. You may link to the site freely; please don’t copy it wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
